| Sydney’s Sticky Sweets I want to tell you a little bit about my candy store, Sticky Sweets. The way I named my store is by my great-great grandfather, Sticky Wilson. My great- great grandfather got his nickname because he was making so much taffy. His business started in Stanford University. He had a little store there. Then he got a bigger store in Downtown Palo Alto and he gave some of his recipes to See’s Candies. My store is located at the end of the city next to Zoe’s Tree bookstore. It sells candies, ice cream sodas, and just plain ice cream. It is open every day from 8:05 AM to 5 PM. If you find a gold candy in your bag of candies, you can get one ice cream soda or two candies for free. Now you know about my store! -Sydney |
